Good morning, I have a client that currently has two ISP's. They are Verizon and Comcast and are both static addresses. They are using the RV082 VPN/ Dual WAN router. I followed the steps to set up dual WAN as a fail safe, once I unplugged the Comcast line, connection was completely lost. I was wondering if a reboot of both the modem/ router is needed, when I go to the interface of the router, it seems like the router can't pull any of the information from the Verizon mode. Please advise if possible. Thank you.
