Sip problems on rv220w v10.5.8

I have 2 rv220w routers and 5 rv120w routers with the lates 10.5.8 firmware on a 7 site vpn

I am running an Elastix 2.4 PBX at the first rv220w router locatio

The issue I am having is this:

When I have the sip alg disabled and port forwards set on 5060 udp and 10000-20000 udp my sip calls are rejected

When I have the sip alg disabled and port forwards set off 5060 udp and 10000-20000 udp my sip calls are rejected

When I enable the sip alg and forward ports 5060 udp and 10000-20000 udp my calls are accepted

BUT the sip header is re written and the rtp packets that are supposed to be at udp 10000-20000 come at any random port 90000- 50000

If I trade out this one main site router and put in an easy tomato with the sip helper off and the port forwards the same all works correctly (at one site only) because the tomato doesn't have the multi site ipsec vpn

I am thinking of downgrading the firmware to 10.4.17

Does anyone have a thought on this

Thanks

Danny,

Did this issue start as a result of upgrading to 1.0.5.8?

Does it work properly on 1.0.4.17?

If the answer is yes, I recommend that you contact support and report this. If there is a bug in the SIP ALG function, it needs to be reported to the development team so they can begin work on a resolution.
