Performance ultimately depends on the mix of traffic that is run through the device (greater "bps" can be achieved when average packet size is large).
That said, on the assumption that this is an asymmetric broadband service (where your upstream bandwidth is lower than the 60Mbps downstream), and you expect a typical mix of Internet traffic, I would suggest that the SRP521W should be able to cope with this connection.
(I have personally have a 50Mbps down / 5Mbps up service and the SRP521 works quite happily with this.)
