I just started working for this non-profit and they had this access point for about

6 months, still brand new. I connected for the first time today and I can not access it from the web interface. it

default according to the documentation is 192.168.1.245. I can't ping it or anything.. Any suggestions?

Ray---You may have to assign a static IP address to your PC or laptop that you have the WAP connected to. Your PC or laptop has to be on the same subnet/network as the WAP. Try assigning something like 192.168.1.200. You should be able to get to the web interface after this.

THANKS
