WRP400 AT modem commands

I m trying to set up a WRP400 with at HUAWEI E220 MODEM. the problem is that I need to set up modem commands like +cgdcont=1,"ip","basic.m2m"

To initiate the fixed IP adress. But is there any way to do this with the WRP400 modem.

Another Question.

How to save this AT command instead in the HUAWEI E220 modem instead. Should the command be like this AT+W (writing to flash) Then I can set up the modem in a laptop before I use it in the WRP400
