i have a LAN setup with the RVS4000 functioning fin, sharing printers and shares without a problem. On the LAN i have a second router for wireless connections but when connected there access to the shares is lost. i have turned of the dhcp, but can't get to the shares.
How do you have the router behind the lan setup? Are you connecting lan to wan, if thats thats the case the firewall is blocking the traffic coming from the first lan to the next one. Ideally, if your just needing wireless you can setup a lan to lan connection on the same network, with a management lan ip address of the second router on the subnet of the rvs4000. Then turn off dhcp on the second router and you will have wireless and hardwired connectivity on the same network.
