DIAG LED lit continously from SA520W-K9

Hello community,

i have a problem with a Cisco Small Business Pro SA-520W-K9 Security Appliance. I can´t access to the appliance or reset it to factory defaults because of the power-on diagnostic.

The manual defines these LED as follows:

"DIAG LED — (Orange) When lit, indicates the appliance is performing the
power-on diagnostics. When off, indicates the appliance has booted
properly. "

 

Have you got any ideas for me to sort out the problem? Can i read a diagnostic log or anything else?
