To change the IP address on

To change the IP address on the ASA, you can either do it through CLI or ASDM

CLI:
#show interface ip brief                           -Verify
#show running-config interface g0/1       -Verify config

#conf t
#interface g0/1
   #ip address 10.10.10.1 255.255.255.0

ASDM:
AT: Configurations Tab
  AT: Device Setup
AT: Interface Settings           -Change it here

192.168.0.112 --- jack

192.168.0.113--- sam

oh Sorry, my bad,

Anyway, does your network have an Active-Directory in place? Does 'Jack' and 'Sam' computers integrated to your Active-Directory
You need to integrate Cisco ASA with your Active-Directory, and configure policies based on that

Yes it does have but not for

Yes it does have but not for all users some of them are not part of the ad.

Still if there is better option then ad then its welcome or you can share me the steps to integrate ad with cisco asa  for using name in place of ip address in asa cx.

I doubt you can get the

I doubt you can get the 'username' of the w/o integrating it in with the Active-Directory.
If you think about it, how will the ASA know the username if it's not integrated to anything

Anyway, to integrate, see this reference: CLICK ME
Link show show to do it through ASDM

Refer to AAA Servers and the Local Database -> LDAP
