IPSec VPN issues on a SA 540

Hi,

I am having a issue with some Mac users trying to connect to VPN using the native IPSec client and I believe that it's also affecting PC users as well. The issue is that sometimes a user can connect without any issue then out of the blue they are unable to connect. When I check the VPN log, it's not even showing the user attempting to connect. To fix the issue I have to reboot the appliance.

I am using the latest firmware 2.1.71. PC users are using ShrewSoft to connect to IPSec VPN. PC's are running Windows 7 x64 and the Mac OS is 10.6 and 10.7

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

The next time folks can't connect I suggest collecting some debug logs (https://IP_address_of_SA540/scgi-bin/dbglog.cgi) and giving the SBSC a call @ 1-866-606-1866.
