Can you help me with some information about the "MTBF" of "cgr-2010/ k9", "asa5515-fpwr-k9" and "c2921-CME-SRST/K9"?

Unfortunately, there is no single document that states the products and their associated MTBF data. You will have to go through the data sheets for the products and calculate the MTBF. Below are some links providing more information on the topics and products you mentioned above.

But I have a question. Into the data sheet where can I take the information that I need from? I mean, the "downtime" "uptime" and "failure". I've looked them for, but I've not  found them yet.
