PVC2300 date format

Does anybody know where I can change the date format for the date that is displayed inline in the picture?

Under Audio/Video -> Video -> Enable Timestamp I have enabled the date to be displayed.

But now the time is displayed in 24H format (great!), but the date as MM/DD/YYYY. I want to change this to DD/MM/YYYY. I can't seem to find this option anywhere.

Any thoughts?

We dont have a CLI, but we do have an API (CGI COntrol) capability.....   Can you take a look at this?

I do not think that is supported from the camera GUI

Re: PVC2300 date format

Is there a way to set it up from a CLI or is it completely unsupported?

Re: PVC2300 date format

I apologize for the slow response.

The URL you gave me does not work on a Safari (sigh).

I found myself a Windows pc, where it turns out that the PDF that you refer to has been packaged as follows:

* ZIP file

* with inside it an .EXE installer

* which when you run it install ONLY a PDF document in C:\PROGRAM FILES\Cisco Small Business

Would it be too much to ask that in future PDF documents can be downloaded directly without installer? It would be great if it would also work from an Apple.

Thanks!
