SA520 Reboots

I've installed a SA520 for one of my clients 2 months ago. The router is running the latest firmware from the first day (2.1.71) and rebooting every couple of days on it's own.

The setup looks like this:

There's nothing fancy, no VPN, no VLAN, no QoS.

I can provide full logs if needed. When I contacted the reseller for a RMA they stated that I'll need to wait aproximately 10 days, that's just unacceptable for my clients. I expect more from Cisco.

Any help would be appreciated.

Please give us a call @ 1-866-606-1866 (Cisco Small Business Support Center) open a support case so we can assist in determining root cause of your issue- we can process an rma if deemed a hardware problem.
