I have a SA540 and the last 4 weeks or so, I've been having latency issue. I do have a VPN connection with the office and pinging to a PC at the office is around 13ms. I've turn off IPS, content filtering, protectlink, etc. and still get the same result. The office has a 100Mbps Internet connection. Thanks for the assistance.
