Hi. I have a SA540 in load balancing mode, with one PPPoE connection and one LAN/DHCP connection.
The DHCP connection is 100% stable, but the PPPoE connection drops 3-10 times a day.
The VDSL modem used for the connection is a Zyxel P-2812 in bridge mode. If I put the modem in router/NAT-mode, and set the SA540 to DHCP, everything's stable. However, I do not want to double NAT everything, so I would really like the PPPoE connection to become stable.
I have seen some posts about similar issues, but nothing with solutions.
Can you please help? Unless I get this to run stable, I'll have to return the firewall to the reseller, because it's unusable to me.
