Today the official Cisco OnPlus service is available. Version 1.0 of the OnPlus portal has been posted. The Cisco Small Business team is excited to make this service available to our partners to help them better manage, monitor, and maintain their small business customer networks. After a year of partner feedback through a market trial, we think the concept of an affordable cloud based service for managing networks and applications that uses a simple to deploy appliance with an easy to use portal will be a big benefit for our partners that service Small Business customers.
As a cloud service, we will be rapidly developing and rolling out a roadmap of functionality for our partner community. Much of this will be based on your feedback, guiding us to what ideas and features will help you, as a Value Added Reseller, make networking and Cisco products and services a more profitable part of your business.
The official version of the hardware appliance, the Cisco ON100 agent, will be available in US and Canada distribution beginning in August. Some Cisco partners have been invited to participate in an OnPlus Early Adopter program as the service gets started in the first few months of operations. More information will be posted to Cisco.com and you can use this community site to learn and ask questions.
