Please educate me with the following issue: we have CUCM and PSTN gateway, one user in remote office is trying to call international number but got message "call is restricted" so how should I investigate this issue ?
Again thank you very much. Problem is resolved due to the misunderstanding of how digits should be dialed when making international calls. Anyway my last question is: how do I check in the log or command to see when these calls are dialed ? say someone dials an international number then it should show in some logs maybe ? time, date, called numbers and callers.
