Voice config statements

Hi all,

Please help to understand the following commands in my voice router which I have just  inherited lately:

voice translation-rule 1
 rule 1 /^96517\(..\)/ /113\1/

voice translation-profile profile1
 translate called 1

dial-peer voice 1 pots
 translation-profile incoming profile1
 incoming called-number 96517..

What I'm trying to do here is to forward an incoming number : 4089651726 to an internal extension number.

Please educate me. Thank you.

also for troubleshooting pursposes, please send me some debug commands to show the incoming calls from the above number 4089651726.
