When you exit Cisco Jabber Video for TelePresence, you are signed out automatically and the control screen closes. You need to open the screen and sign in again to make or receive video calls.
The procedure for exiting Jabber Video is different for Windows computers and Mac computers.
Windows
- Close the Jabber Video control screen (see Close and reopen the control screen).
- Right-click the Jabber Video icon in the taskbar.
- Click Exit.
Mac
Do one of the following:
- In the menu, click Jabber Video > Quit Cisco Jabber Video.
- Press Command + Q on your keyboard.
