Finding the Activation Codes in RV Routers and the SA500:

Finding the Activation Code

In order to process a refund or provide license for Trend Micro Worry Free Business Security client, you need to verify the license expired after July 31, 2014.  To do this first, you will need to get the Activation Code.

The format for the Activation Code is:

xx-xxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx

The other information you may have is the Registration Key.  The Registration Key may be used instead of the Acitvation Code.  The format for the Registration Key is xx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx

To find your Activation Code, the customer can either:

1.      Forward the email you received from Trend Micro with the Activation Code.

2.      Log into the Trend Micro license registration (OLR) server and get the code.  Here is the link to the OLR server.

https://olr.trendmicro.com/registration/US/en-us/my_product.aspx

3.      Look it up in the router UI.  See the instructions for each router on the following pages.

Please verify the expiration date is after July 31, 2014
