My sd2008 switch keeps dropping the connection. If I replace the sd2008 with another switch it works without an issue.
Can you please confirm that this switch has a limited lifetime warrenty. If true, can I return this switch for a replacement?
The switch has firmware version 2.1 and the serial number is really hard to make out on the bottom of the unit.
This switch was a replacement about 4 years ago.
