As part of the subscription purchase process, your sales partner entered your email address as the administrative and/or the billing contact for your company. You use that email address as your username to sign in to the Cisco WebEx Telepresence portal—you do not receive a separate username.
You do, however, need to create the password you want to use to sign in to the portal. You should have received a message from email@example.com containing a link to the subscription setup process, during which you create your WebEx Telepresence portal password. If you did not receive this email message, contact Cisco WebEx Telepresence support (see Support).
If you can’t find the message in your Inbox, check your Spam/Junk Mail folder. Also, make sure you are checking the account for the email address you entered as part of the subscription purchase process.
