Recorded greeting allows caller to dial (ex: 1-Support, 2-Sales, 3-Company Directory or 4-Operator) When selecting #4, for Operator/Stay on the line, an automated error message stating "Not Received, Invalid Response" occurs. Customers are becoming irritated, so I'd like to ask if there is a procedure to correct the failure?
The question I have is what is managing the call routing (UC500?) when you select option 4 in your Auto Attendant (AA)?
As the SPA303 does not control call routing or the recording I would check the device that is managing your call control/routing.
Or if you are going through a hosted solution I would contact your Telephony service provider.
Possible locations to look: AA option 4 to see if the correct extension for the operator is being used or a group. Issue with your AA script (if using a custom script). No member in the Operator group (Blast or Hunt group).
