How to restore or re-index recovered SWVMS16 recordings

I have recovered previously "recycled" recordings to the recording share of the SWVMS16 software.

However, when I load playback, they are not there.

I suspect they have been removed from the recording database but I cannot find how to restore them.

An urgent reply would be most appreciated.
