How to view my camera from cell phone

Currently I have 2 Cisco/Linksys and 1 Chinese no name, wireless ip cams

1) WVC54GCA

2) WVC210

3) NT-2604 WGIP

With WVC54GCA , I can easily watch my camera when I'm abroad from my cell phone  by typing the following :

http://XX.XXX.XX.XX:port_no/img/video.asf

With the NT-2604 WGIP :

rtsp://XX.XXX.XX.XX:port_no/mpeg4cif

However I could not manage to get the camera view of the WVC210 on my cell phone. Can somebody please tell me what exatly I should type pon my phpnes video player browser according to above examples.

Thank you

Re: How to view my camera from cell phone

Hello,

The WVC210 should work with the same setting you used for the WVC54GCA.  These should enable the MPEG4 video stream.

http://XX.XXX.XX.XX:port_no/img/video.asf

You can also try the below to view the MJPEG stream.

http:///img/mjpeg.htm

Let us know if that helps

Re: How to view my camera from cell phone

Hi ,

Yes it works with the http://XX.XXX.XX.XX:port_no/img/video.asf  on my mobile .

However I could not get http:///img/mjpeg.htm   working on my Core Player

Do you know a good Camera Program (software) for Windows Mobile devices to control my both cameras and also PTZ control thru my winMo device ?

I haven't tested any Windows Mobile applications. But I have used Mobiscope (mobiscope.com) on both Blackberry and iPhone. Not sure if PTZ is supported, but maybe worth a look.

Yes I used mobiscope.com on WM but it's not that good , no PTZ as you said.

There are a few software which allows you to control also PTZ but I'm not very happy about their performance and layout.
