Saving Video from Software

Hello,

We are using the latest software for Monitoring/Recording/Playback our 8 PVC2300 IP Cameras. We have successfully recorded for about 1 month now... yay!

Anyway, when we go to playback, we can see the recorded video, but when we try to save the video by clicking on Save Video, we get the following message: "Use CUE control to set start time and end time then try again" but we don't get any other options other than an OK button. Could anybody please tell me what this means and how I can save a video correctly? We don't have any problems saving pictures to BMP.

Thank you!

Sure thing.  There is a cue IN and cue out button on the SWVMS16 playback screen (just to the right of the Rabbit (speed up) and Turtle (slow down)

Click cue IN to mark the start of the video and cue OUT to mark the end.

Then save the video.

Thanks!
