We intalled the WVC210 cams about year ago and was able to access them remotely via my iphone (live). Recently, I tried to access the cams agaiin via my iphone 4 but the screen is black (no video) and see everything else on the left hand side (tools)
Any suggestions in getting it work on my iPhone would be much apprecaited. Thanks
Sounds like my Blackberry Storm 2. I gave up attempting to go thru my browser direct to my DynDns account and downloaded an app from QCLink Mobile (IPCamViewer). I still cannot stream the camera video (not on the Storm 2), but seeing the camera with 1 second updates, and having PTZ control serves my purpose.
Did you ever get this issue resolved? It sounds like a browser update may be the problem. As Edward stated there are several Apps available for smart phones that work well to display and control the camera. I use an App for my Android phone called IP Cam Viewer. The iPhone version is IP Camera Viewer.
