WVC210 Remote viewing?

Hi Everyone,

I just bought a WVC210 wireless IP PTZ camera and I am having a hell of a time trying to view it remotely.

For a router I have a Cradlepoint MBR-1200

I have read online to try and achieve this but no avail.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Mike

Probably Best and Faster to have you call in and let one of our answering agents work with you on this.

Let them know that you have already work with the document I provided.

There are 3rd party softwares for spying that can solve this issue.

WVC210 Remote viewing?

Mike,

WVC210.

Log in to the camera:

1) In the "Setup> Basic Settings" change the network settings configuration to fixed IP.

2) You can use the IP that the DHCP previously gave you.

3) In the "setup> Advanced settings" change the HTTP port to 8000

4) Remember to save all the settings.

MBR-1200.

Just go to Virtual Server on your MBR-1200:

1) Name the application anything,

2) Input the camera's IP address (You should use static IP for the camera and not DHCP).

3) Protocol is TCP

4) Public port is 8000

5) Private port is 8000

Save it.

To connect to the camera you now have to add the port.

E.G http://192.168.1.5:8000

To connect from the internet you'll need to know your IP, just go to the browser and type whatismyip and you'll know what your public IP is. To connect to it from outside you just type http://71.68.241.3:8000 (example only)

Alan.
