We have deployed new cisco 2960X-24TS-L switch,but its temp showing 47 degree celcius,due exaust fan is not working so as per data sheet 45 is the high.we seen the logs using sh env all command its showing temp ok,fan ok,but we have seen physically that fan is not working ,kindly suggest the solution at its urgent.please see the attached logs.
