Cisco SF300 Switch

Dear All,

I am going to purchse  SF 300 24p POE Switch and could anyone tell me if this Switch supports the configuration via console ?

As i have ESW-500 Sieries switches and it doesnot support console !

Please give me the  answer for this question !

Yes on firmware version 1.1.18 and above.

Randy, first of all let me thank you for your question.

Second, could you tell me if it could do everything like catalyst 2950 ? I mean does it support IP DHCP Spoofing, Private VLAN, Rapid-spanning tree and etc ... ?

Hello,

Not everything a 2950 can do, because then why buy a 2950?

But it can do a lot. here is a link to the spec sheet.

Can i work via console in this switch ? I mean all kind of configuration i can do via consol or SSH ?
