Configuration problems VLAN?

Hello all,

We recently bought a few Small Business switches. 1x SG500-52, 2x SF500-24P and 10x SG300-10P.
All switches have the latest firmware installed and are set to Layer 3.
On all switches we created VLAN's.

Vlan Config :
1    Default VLAN
2    Voice_VLAN
10    WIFI_VLAN
20    DATA_VLAN
30    CUSTOMER_VLAN

The SG500-52 will be in our main location. It will be connected through fiber with the 2 SF500-24P switches.
For testing everything, I have setup everything in a room. But I run into some problems.
First I will tell about the config of the SG500-52, SF500-24P and a SG300-10P

Configuration SG500-52 :
Prt 25,49,50,51 and 52 are configured as trunk ports. All other ports are configured as access ports.

Port to VLAN :

Prt 1 --> VLAN 1 Untagged
Prt 25 --> VLAN 1 Tagged, VLAN 2 Tagged
Prt 2-22 and 26-46 --> VLAN 20 Untagged
Prt 23-24 --> VLAN 10 Untagged
Prt 47-48 --> VLAN 30 Untagged
Prt 49-52 --> VLAN 1, 2, 10, 20, 30 Tagged

Uplink Ports from current Network
Prt 25  Connection from Voip Switch
Prt 46 Connection from Data network (With DHCP Server)
Prt 24 Connection from  Wifi network

VLAN 1 has an IP address assigned.
All other settings are not changed.

Configuration SF500-24P :
Prt 25-28 are configured as trunk ports, all other ports are configured as access ports.

Port to VLAN :
Prt 1 --> VLAN 1 Untagged
Prt 2 --> VLAN 2 Untagged
Prt 3-12 --> VLAN 10 Untagged
Prt 13-22 --> VLAN 20 Untagged
Prt 23-24 --> VLAN 30 Untagged
Prt 25-28 --> VLAN 1, 2, 10, 20, 30 Tagged

Prt 25 has a fiber connection with Prt 49 of the SG500-52.
VLAN 1 has an IP address assigned.

Configuration of the SG300-10P :
Prt 9-10 a
re configured as trunk ports, all other ports are configured as access ports.

Port to VLAN :
Prt 1 --> VLAN 1 Untagged
Prt 2 --> VLAN 2 Untagged
Prt 3-5 --> VLAN 10 Untagged
Prt 6-7 --> VLAN 20 Untagged
Prt 8 --> VLAN 30 Untagged
Prt 9-10 --> VLAN 1, 2, 10, 20, 30 Tagged.

Prt 9 has a fiber connection with Prt 26 of the SF500-24P.
VLAN 1 has an IP address assigned.

Hope this helps with answering my questions.

Problem 1 : When I connect my pc to interface 2 of the SG500-52, I don't get an IP address from DHCP.
It worked yesterday, before I changed prt 25, from access to trunk port. This had to be done to get the voip working.

Problem 2 : When I connect a IP-phone to interface 2 of the SF500-24P, the phone works fine, but when I connect the same phone to
interface 2 of the SG300-10P, the phone keeps restarting after the message http 1 200.

I hope someone can explain why I have these 2 problems and we can continue with our test. Thanks in advance.

Regards, Marcel

I figured it out.

When I configure the port for VLAN 2 as untagged on VLAN 20, my phones keep working. Port for VLAN 2 also needs to be configured as a trunk port on every switch, not only the main switch.
When I do this, my VLAN 20 ports work also and get an DHCP address from the server without any problem.

Only problem now is, when I power down my switch and power it up again, my configuration is messed up. Ports are not tagged anymore or suddenly become untagged.
And I am shure I saved my running config to startup config.

Maybe someone has an idea about this.

Regards, Marcel
