Dual Switch With Teaming

i have this Design

2 ASA 5510

2 C2960 24 TC-l

     when i connect the 2 Switch i lost connection on the Servers so i have to keep one switch only running

     but i need to have Redundncy in my Topology

     so can any body help me

For this you need a switch that supports stacking. That could be a Catalyst 2960-X with the optional stack-module or even an SG500-X from the Small Business-Line.

Or if you don't want to buy new switches you could virtualize the servers and configure VMware without teaming but with both links. The hypervisor takes care of failing over to the second switch if the first one fails.

what if i configured the NIC Teaming with my Current Design as One Link active and the Other on is Standby on the Servers Level and Keeping the 2 Switch is Running at the Same Time

If you have that option in your NIC-settings, it's worth a try.
