Hi All,
I have the following equipments in my small network
1x UC560
4x IP Phones
1x Catalyst 3560x as CoreSwitch
2x ESW 540 as AccessSwitch
I am trying to deploy a call recording feature on the VOIP UC system.
The call recording solution i am using is the NextLab SMARTLogger
It requires me to configure RSPAN for cross switch phone monitoring.
SMARTLogger is connected to Core Switch, whereas ip phones are connected to Access Switches(ESW540)
I would like to know if the ESW 540 switch supports Remote SPAN or Vlan SPAN?
If not what are my options?
