It does not, have you tried the CCA tool? Here is a link:

CCA with the ESW switches is fairly similar to CNA.
You can also use the Web based GUI tool if you like.
Additionally, I suppose you can back up the config and view the contents of the backup file. You can then either edit the configuration file and upload it to this or other switches to assist with a template / cookie cutter installation.
