GLC-T is what you need to order.

Why?

Do SFP-GE-T support various data transfer rate? Say 10 Mbps, 20Mbps or 100 Mbps?

20 Mbps?  NO.  I've never heard of a client who's not following standards.

10/100Mbps will depends in your platform and your IOS.

If you stick the SFP into a 6500, for example, the module will operate in 1 Gbps.
