May I know what is the differences between GLC-T and SFP-GE_T?
What I found out through net are as follows :
GLC-T
1000BASE-T SFP RJ45 100m transceiver
Specifications
SFP-GE-T
Specifications
So no difference between them?
I need tranceiver module to install on my 2960S and 3750E swithces, of course RJ45 copper wire (Gigabit Eternet).

GLC-T is what you need to order.

Why?
Do SFP-GE-T support various data transfer rate? Say 10 Mbps, 20Mbps or 100 Mbps?

20 Mbps? NO. I've never heard of a client who's not following standards.
10/100Mbps will depends in your platform and your IOS.
If you stick the SFP into a 6500, for example, the module will operate in 1 Gbps.
