Help setting up VLANS on SG-200 26p

What i am trying to do.

I have a network that I would like to have two VLANs.

One for VOIP phones and one for the rest of the network.  I would also like the VLANs to be able to communiacte to eachother.

Also I would like our Windows DHCP server to be able to send out DHCP for two different VLANS.

Currently the server has two scopes defined.

General Office Scope

VoIP Scope

I have a SG200-26p switch.

How should i configure the switch..  I have done this configurations before but it was with a Layer 3 switch and it had the CLi.  The SG200 does not its all web based....

Thank You for the help!

So far this is what i have done. in a VM test enviroment.

Here are the VMs and the config.

There are two isolated vmNetworks that i created.

vmNet1 (192.168.17.x network)

vmNet2 (192.168.18.x network)

     Has two NICs

          Static IP (on vmNet1)

          Static IP (on vmNet2)

     DHCP Server Installed with SUPERSCOPE

          Scope1  is   192.168.17.x

          Scope2  is   192.168.18.x

Remote Access / VPN Server installed

(For Routing between the 17.x and 18.x)

Client1   (vmnet1)

Client2 (vmnet2)

after getting this all setup everything seems to work in the test enviroment without the SG200.

Both networks can talk to eachother and resolve the DNS names.

So after i put this into a real envirment how should I configure the vlans on the switch.

Also note the ALL of our VoIP phones require VLAN tagging.
