I am attemptting to configure a SF500-48p switch to do the following

Use port 1 as VLAN 100, use port 2 as Vlan 200 both of these are untagged Vlans, then use port 3 as a trunk for both the vlans which would be tagged.

I am attempting to use both the GUI and the CLI and I am not able to make this work.

Any help woould be great

Hi David, there seems to be omissions in what is the actual desired result.

It is apparent you want some sort of host connection on VLAN 100 and VLAN 200. It's also apparent you want port 3 to service as a trunk. But the question remains, what does that trunk connect to? To make this work depends on what connects to that trunk connects to and how it handles VLAN in different scenarios.
