I would suggest upgrading the SLM switch to a SF/SG300 since you're using UC540 it's best to have the ability of CDP. This will work best in your VoIP solution so you're VoIP traffic will be put into the right voice vlan. Since you're using UC5xx device you can't specify how the phones will tag or untag voice or data so SLM isn't going to be the best solution for your setup. Upgrading to SF/SG300. To use the SLM you would have to have only one device per port and set the appropriate vlan for data and voice per port.
