Linksys SR2024

hi,

ive just started at a new company and we have a Linksys SR2024 Switch.

unfortunately no one call tell me what the IP Address of the switch is.

ive done a port scan on our network with no luck.

is there any other way of finding the IP address of the switch?

once i have found the IP - how do i connect to the Web GUI?

What makes you think the switch has an IP address?

i assume there is some sort of web gui interface for administration - which would need an IP address to connect to.

judging by your reply, i guess there isnt a gui - its just an unmanaged switch?

This switch is umanaged; there is not any gui or IP address.

I believe the sr2024 is a unmanaged switch. No ip address should be assigned to it.

Don't listen to these guys, that switch does have a web interface. I know because I have one and can connect to it on the web interface. However I'm stuck there because it also requires a username and password to login and the last IT guy that configured these didn't leave any of that information.
