Linksys SRW2024P causing problems with domain

I have installed a Linksys SRW2024P on my network replacing an old switch.  Once in place and the server is up and running, all the workstations take forever to get to a login screen and it seems the login script fails and mapped drives are slow to access.  All other IP traffic (Phones) function fine.

What on the switch could be causing this (it was defaulted at installation) or is there something on the server that needs to be changed?

Thanks.

Humm ... have you hard coded the duplex and speed on your server and any workstations?

If so, please set everything to auto detect.  If you want to hard code your server, then also hard code the switch to the same speed and duplex.

HTH,
