Losing Network Connection

HI

I have 3 different customers all with the SG220poe50, firmware updated, they are running both voice and data through the switch on different vlans.  They have polycommVVX410 IP phones connected with the PC's then connecting via the phone.  The issue is on select devices but when the PC is powered down the phone loses its connection with its server indicating that the port has shut down.  Now the phone does not lose power so it is not to do with the poe side and I have also switched of the EEE. Now 1 customer has 8 out of 50, another has 1 out of 12 and the latest one is where I have just replaced 2 PC's and now their attached phones have now started.

There's no continuity in the as it is both win 7 and 10 and I have switched off the power options on the NICs too?
