need help in configuring SRW2016 thru CLI

hi to all,

I'm new here, but i have a problem in configuring the Cisco SRW2016.

Is there a way i can configure it through Command Line Interface?

Because it's hard for me to configure VLAN and ACL through its WEB management.

Also i'm familiar in using CLI that's why maybe its hard for me to use the WEB.

Can anyone please help me.....
