Need most updated boot code for SG200-26

We've got a SG200-26 running firmware version 1.3.0.59 and boot version 1.1.0.6.

I've got the TFTP server setup and I've downloaded the newest available firmware version 1.4.8.06, but I can't find anywhere to download the newest boot code. How can I obtain it?

Also, are there special steps to get to the newest firmware version? Do I need to do an incremental update? Do I need to update boot code first or is there any special order?

The boot code is available in the Sx200_FW_Boot_1.3.5.58.zip bundle.
