Need URGENT Help to Console into Cisco ESW 540-24P-K9

Hi,

Can someone help me to guide how to make a console connection to get into a Cisco ESW-540-24P-K9 model switches?

I have the admin guide for it. I followed the exact way it said but from the Windows Hyperterminal I can not get into it.

I am also facing the problem to reset this switch by manually. We have 9 of them. I was successful to reset it manually for 2 of them but rest of it is not working accordingly.

Anyone's help would be appreciated.

The console connections should look like the following:

1. Speed or Bits Per Second - 115200
2. Data Bits- 8
3. Parity - None
4. Stop Bit - 1
5. Flow Control - None
6. Make sure the com port at the bottom is set to your pc.  (For Example Com1, Com2)

Once you do this you should be able to login to the switch.  If this don't work, please give the SBSC a call at 866-606-1866.  Thank You.
