I´m having problems log in a SRW224G4 switch through serial port. I enter user "admin" and enter in password but occurs nothing. I can login without problem using the web tool and the same user and password. The serial cable came with the switch and the login screen is shown ok. Any suggestion?
When you log in via terminal you're initially on edit, hit tab to jump to the user, enter user, tab, enter password and then use the esc key once or twice to get back to the edit button, now right arrow to execute and hit enter, maybe twice. Same works for telnet.
