Problems accessing device web interface attached to SG300-10P switch

I am having problems with traffic to devices attached to a SG300-10P switch over a VPN.

My setup is as follows:-

[HP MSR900 (10.1.1.1/24)]----{IPSec VPN}-----[HP A-MSR900 (10.1.2.1/24)]----[CISCO SG300-10P (10.1.2.254)]----{4x CAMERAS (10.1.2.100-103)}

When I connect the VPN, I can successfully see the web interface of the cisco switch at 10.1.2.254. If I try to upload firmware however, it will never progress past 1%.

I can successfully ping the camera IP addresses, and even telnet to port 80 no problems. Hovewer I cannot access their web interfaces, it never loads.

Locally tested by plugging a computer into the cisco switch, everything works as expected.

Grateful if anyone can help to solve this !
