SG 300-20 Bootloader upgrade

Since we always had problems with the SG300 lately. I tried to update the firmware to the latest version 1.3.7.18 update and hence the boot code.
I have also done according to the instructions of "mohabdel". (firmware_tftp.doc)
Say load it via CLI and TFTP both.
Also works without problems! Unfortunately, however, the boot version is still 1.1.0.6 after reboot. The funny thing is that I can load and activate the new firmware 1.3.7.18 despite the old old boat codes.
At the start and an error is displayed:
% INIT-E-ApplErr: Errors occurred falling on initialization.
Is it advisable that thing again reset completely and try the boot code?!

You should try again and show results of command.  I suspect ​there may have been some error that you did not notice.  You may also try hard reset and start over too.
