SG 500 error autosmart

Hi,

I have problem with SG500, I have always problems, a slow network and traffic losses.

The only solution is restart switch

 Could you please let me know how many vlan you config in your switch?  Also what is voice vlan and data vlan?  I like to know your phone brand name and model and first 6 part of phone mac address

Hi yderouiche,

you said you have delay issue and every so offten you reboot your switch delay from qos give me correct vlan and I will give you full config qos CLI match your vlans pleas let me know your vlans IDs and what is for and I will take care of this issue!

Hi Yder, a lot of time the macro fata errors are a result of conflicting configuration of the port. If you're using auto voice macro the port probably should not have any configuration. If that's the case where you require configuration inconjunction with the macro capability, please post the pertinent configuration here so we can see what it looks like and how it interopates.
