SG Series Switches

I am not sure if this is the correct place to post this, but here it goes.

I just replaced some older 10/100 switches with SG 102-24 switches.  I actually had a couple of SR2024c's too, which are basically the older model of this same switch.  When I install the SG switches, at least half of the connections will not negotiate and get a connection.  The SR2024 works just fine on the same connections.  It seems that the biggest issue is with 10/100 devices.  1000mb devices seem to link just fine.  I have 9 of these switches and 4 of the SR series ones, and all 9 of the SG ones have this issue.

Hi Mike,

I really think you should open a case with the Small Business Support center.
