SG200-08 IPTV multicast problem with two STBs

Hello,

I'm trying to use two STBs behind a SG200-08 with multicast IPTV. Everything seems to work fine after IGMP snooping is enabled and configured but there's still a small anoying problem.

When both STBs are playing the same channel and one of them is leaving for another channel, there's a two-seconds image freeze on the other STB.

This only happens when both STBs are on the same channel. There's no problem if both STBs are on different channels and one of them is changing to another channel.

You can see this behaviour in the attached video at 00:26 and 00:37.

I tried to disable Fast Leave but without any improvement. Any idea is welcome.

Hi Alexandre, I think the only way to see what is happening is by generating a packet capture to see why when one of the connections leave, what is being sent or received by the other to cause the delay.
