SG200-18 strange issue

I have a strange situation with sg200-18 switch.

When it turn on and uplink interface GE17 to core switch going to up my sg200 receives an IP address from my DHCP-server. Next, I connect the laptop to the port GE7, port change state to up, but it does not recieve any packets(even broadcast) from my network. Also all broadcast(arp-request / dhcp discover) packets sent from a laptop connected in this(or any other) port do not reach the network.

Logs says that everything fine:

Aug 16 13:54:02 switchf270db %SYSLOG-N-LOGGING: Logging started.

Aug 16 13:54:02 switchf270db %BOOTP_DHCP_CL-I-DHCPCONFIGURED: The device has been configured on interface Vlan 1 , IP 192.168.0.62, mask 255.255.0.0, DHCP server 192.168.0.6

Aug 16 13:54:02 switchf270db %STP-W-PORTSTATUS: gi7: STP status Forwarding

Aug 16 13:54:02 switchf270db %LINK-I-Up:  gi7

Aug 16 13:54:02 switchf270db %LINK-I-Up:  gi17

Aug 16 13:55:23 switchf270db %INIT-I-Startup: Cold Startup

Now strange thing I mentioned in the topic:

If I login to the web interface and changing any parameter (even hostname) and go to save settings(copy Runnung Configuration to Startup Configuration) -- port GE7 (and all others) are beginning to work correctly.

WTF?

N.B.:

1) I have only one vlan 1 in my network

2) RSTP works correctly

3) Port GE7 set to access(untagged port) mode

SG200-18 strange issue

Hi Dmitry this just sounds like the switch software is acting up. I'd upload/reflash the newest firmware, reset the switch then see what happens.

Basically if you're just plugging in the switch at default state it's going to work, no reason for it not to.

SG200-18 strange issue

Reflashing didn't solve the problem, as well as changing firmware to previous version. RMA case is opened after few calls to TAC and live webex session with Cisco support assistace. Waiting for new device.
